We also offer rewards for customers who connect us with wholesale vendors - so get in touch if there's a shop near you that you feel my work would be perfect for :)
What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction means everything to me. Each piece leaves my studio with care and intention, and I want it to arrive feeling just right for you.

Returns are welcome within 30 days, provided items are in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and value adjustments may apply if an item is returned in a different condition than received. Digital downloads are final sale.

When will I get my order?
Most pieces ship within 24 hours. One-of-a-kind original sculptures ship within 2–5 business days.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order — so you'll always see the exact cost before you buy.

Yes! We offer free, fast-tracked shipping to Canada and the USA on all items.
For all other international orders (outside Canada & USA), standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
Art cards ship free everywhere, including international orders.
Are all designs original to Shaping Spirit?
Every design is created by Shaping Spirit Sculptures Inc. — sculpted, photographed, and brought to life by me, from original concept to finished piece. You'll find my authentic work here on shapingspirit.com and on Etsy.
How is my piece packaged, and will it arrive safely?
Every piece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely, whether it's an original sculpture, art card, or print. Fragile items receive extra padding and protection so they travel well, no matter the distance. Your piece is designed to arrive exactly as it left — safe, secure, and ready to be unwrapped and enjoyed. In the rare event that something arrives damaged, reach out right away and I'll make it right.
Will I receive the exact piece shown in the photos?
For One-of-a-Kind-Original sculptures, the photos show the exact piece you'll receive. Because each One-of-a-Kind-Original sculpture is sculpted from natural materials, no two are ever identical, so what you see is exactly what you'll get.
Limited edition resin pieces, prints, and cards are produced to match the shown design consistently.
Do you offer buy now, pay later options?
